We are currently recruiting for an energetic and motivated individual to support the running of a bar restaurant in Cork. The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of consistent high standards of service to our customers and to develop and build relationships with colleagues. This is a well know very popular spot with locals and visitors. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, be hard working, highly motivated and be able to liaise in a professional way with the existing team. On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience or requiring a work permit are requested not to apply. Food & Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course; At least 3 years recent previous experience as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor in a 100-seater English speaking restaurant; Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills; Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant Management role; including rostering, purchasing.
