We are currently recruiting for a motivated individual to support the running of a restaurant in Cork. The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of consistent high standards of service to our customers and to develop and build relationships with colleagues. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, be hard working, highly motivated and be able to liase in a professional way with the existing team. Please only apply if you have experience. Must be legally entitled to work within Ireland/EEA. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Food & Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course. At least 3 years previous experience as a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor in a 100-seater restaurant. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant Management role; including rostering, purchasing, reservations, costings, wages etc.
