Description
Minimum Requirements: Food and Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course; At least 3 years recent previous experience as a Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager in a 100 seater English speaking restaurant preferably in Ireland; Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills; Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant Management role including rostering, purchasing, reservations; Must be totally knowledgeable of all purchasing and costing of foods, beverages and wages.
