Description
Potential candidates must have previous experience in food and beverage in a busy 4 star hotel preferably with restaurant, wedding and banqueting operations. This role is a very challenging one as it would entail working in various departments throughout the hotel. Strong focus on service standards, staff development and customer service is key. The successful candidate must be flexible, have strong customer service skills, be able to work as part of a team and be an excellent communicator. This is a seasonal position.
