Controls open and closed dates, availability and condition of rooms under the direction of the General Manager and Sales Manager. Management of all OTAs. Controlling room rates, and implementing approved rate changes. Monitoring the Reception Manager and Reception Team so that the overall service delivered meets company standard. Recommends to the General Manager how to improve guest service and efficiency in Front Office operation. Analyses financial reports, and takes corrective action and follow-up. Coaches Reception staff to upsell so as to increase REVPAR and ADR. Co-ordinates billing with the Accounting Department. Controls and pre-assigns rooms and arrangements for groups booked. A minimum of two years as a Reservations Agent or Front Office Supervisor. May also suit an existing Front Office Manager looking for a move into Revenue Management.
