We are delighted to announce that one of our restaurant clients is searching for a Senior Chef. This restaurant has a great reputation for food and outstanding staff making visitors and locals feel welcome. It is very important to our client that candidates have a real passion for food as this restaurant is known for its commitment and use of fresh local produce as well as its friendly atmosphere. Previous experience and a valid work permit are essential. Minimum requirements: Chef qualifications of at least 2 years. Recent previous experience in a busy, but organised 4 star hotel/restaurant kitchen. Highly motivated and excellent communication skills. Thorough knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation. Interest in food and food presentation. Honest, reliable and hardworking. Adherence to Food Safety and HACCP procedures. Able to work as part of a team.
