Description
Your main responsibilities as Sous Chef will include: Cooking & presentation of food to very High Standards. Passionate about food produce using all fresh local artisan ingredients. Training & Inducting new chefs within the brigade. Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene (HACCP). Supervising the Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs. Oversee the kitchen in the absence of Head Chef. Introducing new Menus and Food Presentation. Responsible For Ordering & Costings. Part take in Stocktaking. Cover all areas of the Kitchen. Be creative and a foodie at Heart. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have very strong restaurant experience gained in award winning restaurants or hotels. 2* years experience required in a similar role. Experienced in high volume, fast-paced environments.
