Description
The sous chef is to assist the head chef with the daily running of the kitchen, to manage the kitchen when the head chef is off duty. Duties to include preparation, cooking and presentation of meals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a kitchen. The candidate will have all the relevant skills required of a Sous Chef. Will be fluent in English-both written and oral. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills is essential.
