Description

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for building, strengthening and maintaining strong relationships by helping and advising service-users in respect of HR, employment law and other such related queries. You will be service-driven, out-going and personable, confident in dealing with all levels of stakeholders, proactive, diplomatic with a positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude. You will be passionate and a logical-thinker looking for HR/Employment Law experience within a multi-jurisdictional, multi-industry, service related business with a headcount in excess of 14,000 employees.

Skills Requirements

Skills/Experience: A passion for service delivery and working to SLA targets and KPIs. In-depth understanding of and genuine passion for ROI, NI and GB employment law and HR processes and policies. Knowledge and experience of JLC/EROs and the application of same. Strong credibility, professionalism and ability to influence at a senior level with strong stakeholder management skills. Superb attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
