The Insurance Risk and Defence Litigation division will advise Irish and European insurers and re-insurers in relation to claims made and the contractual and underwriting aspects of their business. You will be an experienced Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience working in-house at an insurance company or within the insurance defence team of a law practice.
