Description
The intern will gain practical experience in legal matters within the organisation, including ongoing public interest environmental legal actions. The intern will also assist with legal matters relating to properties held in trust by the organisation, and potential new trust properties. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following: Irish and EU environmental law; property law. On completion the intern will have attained skills in a broad range of legal matters relating to the environment, property and planning.
Skills Requirements
The successful applicant will have an undergraduate or masters degree, and must be able to demonstrate a commitment to environmental, heritage and legal issues. They will show good initiative and will have an ability to quickly grasp new and complex concepts. They will be willing to work as part of a team for some projects, and must be willing and able to multi-task on projects.
