Group Manufacturing Division was established in January 2006, and is a key enabler for the development of the Group Operating Model. Group Manufacturing continues to support the Group`s priorities in supporting our customers, strengthening capital, improving funding, rigorous management of asset base and managing costs, with a particular focus on people, customer, finance and risk priorities.
Group Manufacturing comprises a number of key business areas: Group Customer Operations, Group Payments, Group Services, IT@BOI, Core Banking Systems Programme, Group Information Security, Business Controls and Assurance and the Integrated Programme Office. These businesses are supported by HR and finance partners.
Key responsibilities:
Inspecting and analysing title deeds, offer letters and security documentation;
Verifying whether security is in order and whether security is duly registered in Land Registry, Registry of Deeds and CRO;
Recording security particulars on internal security systems;
Creating risk/security reports and recording title and non-title defects and discrepancies;
Carrying out searches to ensure security is valid, correct and accurate
Essential skills and experience:
Legal Executive with commercial and/or residential conveyancing experience;
Attention to detail including excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong teamwork skills – ability to actively support team leaders and other team members;
Ability to learn, use& adapt to the Unit`s internal IT systems;
Availability for overtime weekdays and weekends is required;
Flexibility in moving between the various teams
Essential qualifications:
Third level degree in a relevant discipline.
