McNally Handy and Partners have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic & customer focused Residential Property Manager. The Department actively manages a wide portfolio of commercial and residential properties for various clients. It continues to grow its client base in each of these areas. We are seeking an individual with top class organisational, communication and interpersonal skills to: assist in the letting and management of our residential portfolio with a view to increasing our existing portfolio; support residential sales team; carry out additional property related duties as and when required. The capability to think and act strategically together with an ability to generate new business will be essential requirements. Experience and interest in residential sales advantageous. The ideal candidate will: be suitably experienced with minimum 2 years experience in the Property and Agency Management field; hold a PSRA Licence. Own Car required. Mileage allowance paid.
