Description
Accounts person required. Duties include invoicing, vat returns, wages, clerical duties and office management. Telephone answering will also form part of duties. Applicants must be responsible and experienced with relevant computer accounts packages. This is a part time position, the hours are 9am-1pm, 5 days a week. Experienced in VAT, PRSI returns and wage roll. Ability to produce detailed monthly management accounts, cash flow projections, P/L account and credit control. Use of Big Red Book computerised accounts package or equivalent is essential. The successful candidate will also need a good phone manner as they will be answering the main telephone during working hours. Good timekeeping is essential.
