The focus of our work lies in family-strengthening interventions, both in community based, and out of home care settings.

Compass Child and Family Services is a non-for profit organisation working with children, adolescents and their families with a view to strengthen their individual and collective functioning as a family.

Our philosophy of working with young people and their families has a strong underpinning and is guided by principles of the continental European Model of Social Pedagogy.

We are currently recruiting Activity Pedagogues for one of our out of home care settings in the Tralee area.

The overall role of the Activity Pedagogue is to support to offer stimulating and supportive intervention’s to the young people and work with them based on building relationships using social pedagogical principles.
