The position will be in the above area. This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. Duties will include; General administrative duties, including reception, filing, typing, recording minutes, diary management, making telephone calls and answering the telephone, taking messages. Liaising with management. Booking rooms for client meetings.
Skills Requirements
Good time keeping, aptitude for clerical and administrative work, neat appearance and work ethic, good command and fluency of English language. A basic level of computer skills, particularly excel and word would be an advantage.
