Administration Supervisor – Quote Devil – Dublin 2

Description

The role will include:Supervising a team of 5-10 administration staff. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face. Investigating and solving customers problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants. Handling customer complaints in a timely manner. Handling insurers queries in a timely and professional manner. Issuing refunds to customers. Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of productivity and staffing levels within our organisation. Improving procedures, policies and standards for our organisation. Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements within their section. Being involved in staff recruitment, appraisals, and training. Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. Liaising with insurance companies to get the most up-to-date requirements.

Skills Requirements

Preparing clients files for insurer audits. Submission of insurer audits. Keeping ahead of developments within their area through meetings and attending courses. Must be fully APA/CIP qualified or Grandfathered. Must possess a good knowledge of the General Insurance market and have a strong understanding of the products available through the various insurers. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, good communication skills. Team management skills. Good knowledge of Relay and Full Cycle EDI.
