Administration Worker – Mulhuddart – Barnardos

Title of Position: Administration Worker – Mulhuddart.

Part time (18.5 hours) and Fixed Term contract to May 2019.
Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.
Flexibility on how the hours are worked.
Salary: €11,593 – €17,959

Experience
Minimum of two year’s fulltime directly relevant administration experience essential.
Or pro rata if part time experience.

Qualifications
Junior Cert or equivalent minimum level of education.
A working ability in IT Systems, word processing and finance skills is essential.

What will the Administration Worker in the Regional Office do?
The post holder will provide an administration support service (including financial administration support) to the Regional Office and report to the Assistant Director for Children’s services for the Dublin North region.
The post holder will work closely with other administration staff in the Regional Office and staff and Managers in the Dublin North region.

What does our Services in Mulhuddart do?
Our Early Years service, provides a high quality Early Years service to vulnerable children aged between 2 years and 10 months and 5 years and their parents. The early years programme is underpinned by the Tus- Maith curriculum.

The Family Support part of the project delivers a range of services to children from 0 to 14 years of age and their parents from both the project building and from local schools.
Some of the services we offer are group work with children, one to one sessions with children, parent/child sessions, breakfast club, home visits, family support, summer programmes.
