Responsibilities
span across a range of activities to ensure smooth daily operations and the continued growth of CGI, including:
Providing excellent service to our members
Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Data entry & other administrative duties to meet the changing needs of the organisation
Essential criteria include:
High proficiency in the use of IT and administrative packages, such as Office 365
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and procedures
Effective time-management skills
Excellent attendance and punctuality record
Desirable criteria:
Experience of multi-media with the ability to create digital marketing content and managing social media accounts
Knowledge of working with finances / financial packages
Location: CGI National Office, 12 Clanwilliam Terrace, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2
Work-times: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Hours: 35 hours per week. Work outside normal office hours will be required on occasion whereby time off in lieu will be given.
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience
Benefits:
20 days paid holiday per year and two concession days
A 6 month probationary period applies.
