Administrative Officer – Housing Repairs and Maintenance
Full-time – Permanent
The function of the Repairs & Maintenance Administrator is to provide organised and efficient support to the Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator so as to ensure that the service provided to the tenants by The Iveagh Trust is of the highest standard. This is achieved by providing a professional and technical repairs and maintenance service in respect of The Iveagh Trust properties, as directed.
Administrative Officer – Development
Full-time – 2 year fixed term contract
The primary function of the Development Administrators post is to provide support to the Chief Executive in ensuring that all of the administration, compliance, data collection and storage associated with the development activity of the Trust is done in an efficient and timely manner. This will be achieved by devising and keeping up to date data collection and filing systems as well as liaising closely with a range of individuals, state and private sector bodies.
