Administrator – Acacia Facilities Management – Co Dublin

We currently have a Facilities Administrator vacancy in our Dublin Head Quarters in Swords. The role consists of: Assist with travel arrangements when required. Handle all incoming & outgoing deliveries e.g. couriers. General Administration e.g. stationary orders. Take on ad hoc projects and tasks, as and when required. Ordering consumables. Maintaining various databases. Ad hoc reporting and collating information for analysis. Managing calendars for support cover for sites. Financial reporting. Managing training matrices. Raising Purchase Orders. Fleet management. Management of uniforms and work wear. Sending and reviewing mobile phone bills. Other Ad Hoc tasks to support Facilities Team. Provide office administrative support as required.

Skills Requirements

We are looking for a hardworking, proactive person who is capable of demonstrating initiative and good judgement. The successful candidate will be numerate, efficient, discreet, have good interpersonal skills and will demonstrate the ability to multi task. Candidates must be flexible in their approach to work and demonstrate a keen willingness to assist fellow colleagues. They must also demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a strong customer focus.
