Description
We have an immediate vacancy for a Customer Support Administration Person to join our team to provide administration support between our customers and the workshop engineering team. This position requires an appropriately qualified individual who, is a strong administrator, technically minded and who is able to multi task in a fast paced busy environment. This role would suit a person who possesses excellent computer, communication and commercial skills and has a good technical flair. The Role Involves:- Take the problem description from the customer and input it to the tracking system. Communicate any conclude points of clarification between customer and technical team. Agree pricing and terms with the customer. Expedite overdue items with suppliers, couriers and customers. Verify that the work is completed as agreed and expected. Arrange any necessary logistics for return of repaired product. Handle the payment transaction and process on system.
Skills Requirements
Have a 5+ years experience in an Administration or customer support role. Enjoy working in fast paced service environment where multi-tasking is required. Be a self starter requiring minimal supervision/managing. Be mature and capable of applying common sense to solve problems effectively. Have very strong computer application skills. Have a desire to learn and be willing to take on additional responsibilities.
