Administrator – Early Childhood Ireland

Position Summary:
Early Childhood Ireland has a Membership & Operations Team who focus on the needs of our members. We are committed to continually improving our service to members and this post is important in terms of that process. We would like to recruit a full time Administrator to work with this team on the areas of Garda Vetting, Membership and Events. Full training in the relevant systems will be provided.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the other members of the Membership and Operations Team to ensure the effective and efficient operation of administration tasks in accordance with the values and strategic direction of the organisation.
Ensure that they are helping to address member’s needs in an effective and professional manner.
Recording of all relevant information on the CRM system and making sure everything is up to date on a weekly basis.
Establish and maintain excellent administrative systems and carry out other responsibilities as appropriate to the position.
Monitor and evaluate systems
