Administrator – Inchicore Bluebell Community Addiction Team – Dublin

The Inchicore Bluebell Community Addiction Team is a community based service. We strive to provide a quality service to those living with addiction from the Inchicore and Bluebell area and to promote local responses to addiction issues.  We currently require a:

Part-Time Administrator (20 hrs)

Reporting to:  Project Director.

Role: To provide back-up administrative support for the smooth running of the project. The administrator manages financial records and reporting to all our funders, book-keeping, salaries, funding proposals, provide support to C.E. participants, TUS participant and other admin duties. -Full Job Description Attached.

Experience:

A minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative role and be able to demonstrate a track record in the provision of administrative and secretarial support.
Experience of managing budgets and reports.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Be able to manage time effectively and be able to work on own initiative.
Be non-judgemental , trustworthy and respectful.

Desirable:

Experience of working in the voluntary sector.
Have or are working towards qualification in book-keeping/Accounting.
Driving Licence.
