Description

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining and updating all product details from product descriptions, product references, invoice prices, supplier terms to selling prices. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer account terms. Updating and maintaining product file. Setting up of new products on the system. Implementing supplier price changes. Updating and maintaining customer terms. Liaising with Product Managers, Branch Managers and Suppliers. Address queries in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring that the correct. Information is maintained and updated on CORE. Providing Data Analysis to various sectors of the business. Adherence to health, safety and environmental rules and regulations. Any other duties as reasonably requested by management.

Skills Requirements

Essential: Proficient PC user; Intermediate/ Advanced user of Excel including experience of using Excel for reporting purposes; Experience of using ERP packages. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and time management skills. Desirable: Previous experience gained in same a similar role. Experience of CORE ERP system. Product knowledge in areas such as heating, plumbing, tile or sanitary ware.
