Administrator needed for expanding temperature controlled Transport Company based in North Dublin. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work, be highly motivated and have a proven track record of delivering results in a challenging environment. The successful candidate will have day to day responsibility for making sure paperwork from drivers and subcontractors are submitted in a timely manner. Chasing up any missing paperwork and forwarding them to customers. Making sure all suppliers paperwork is submitted before invoices are passed for payment. Key Responsibilities. This role with involve the use of in house freight management system, training will be provided but computer experience is essential. The role will also involve scanning and filing. At least 3 years experience in a similar role required and candidate must be completely computer literate. Initially the role will be for a six month trial period, with a view to extending the contract.
