Administrator – West Clare Family Resource Centre

The Administrator will work as part of a team with responsibility for the development and delivery of a range of activities and supports to older people in West Clare.

The key responsibilities of this position include reception and secretarial work, office management, payroll and accounts, event organising and computer tutoring.

The successful candidate will have experience of Collsoft Payroll and Quickbooks accounts, excellent computer skills, ability to communicate with individuals and groups, excellent organisational skills, ability to organise events and ability to work on own intitiative as well as part of a team.
