Aftersales Administration role in a well- known car dealership in Dublin. A welcoming approach to customer service as well as an excellent phone manner would both be advantageous when applying for this role. Responsibilities: Answer and manage telephone system. Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in timely manner. Invoicing & filing is required. Requirements: To be a success in this role, you will have: Experience in the Automotive industry; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; IT literacy; Experience in the Kerridge System; Incredible customer service skills; The ability to multi task and work under pressure. A friendly and approachable manner.
