CAE Parc Aviation is currently seeking to recruit an Aircraft Deliveries Administrator on behalf of its client. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the Client Deliveries team, supporting the business, with excellent administration skills to support the Aircraft Delivery process and functions of the Department.
Essential responsibilities include:
Completing International Registry (IR) searches and registrations;
Managing and coordinating lease extension closings;
Liaising with lessees and coordinating the receipt of original conditions precedents (CP) post-closing;
Assisting the Client Deliveries Executive with completion of the original closing bible in an orderly fashion;
Preparing and coordinating documentation of the completion of registrations in various jurisdictions including the setup of trusts;
Assisting with the preparation, execution and system update of intercompany sales and engine substitution agreements;
Assisting with documenting engine short term rental redeliveries.
Qualifications/requirements:
A nationally recognised undergraduate degree at a minimum, preferably legal, with a very good understanding of Irish legal administrative standards;
Prior experience in the aviation and/or aircraft leasing industry;
Minimum of 5 years relevant legal experience;
Developed computer skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Eligibility requirements:
Unrestricted work authorization in Ireland/EU.
Location:
Shannon Ireland (no relocation expenses).
