We have an immediate vacancy for the position of Area Manager ? Dublin. The successful candidate will manage the relationship and interface with customers at approximately 60 diverse sites in the Greater Dublin Area. They will be responsible for ensuring that timesheets are completed and returned accurately and within deadlines, they will be responsible for managing staff performance, including involvement in appraisal and disciplinary processes and will have responsibility for recruitment and introduction of new staff. This position will report directly to the Dublin Operations Manager. Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure that clients are visited on a regular basis at pre-agreed intervals.Ensure that customer queries and feedback are acted upon appropriately. Ensure that operational and performance issues are dealt with effectively.Ensure that all payroll returns and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted according to set deadlines.
Skills Requirements
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:Fluency in English, both verbal and written. At least three years experience in a related role within a similar industry. Proven ability in managing a diverse remote workforce. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service delivery. Capable of working on own initiative and unsupervised. A strong knowledge of computer based systems (Microsoft Word, Excel etc) Flexibility with regard to working hours.
