Description
This very challenging and rewarding position involves dealing with the smooth running and development of our store. Exceeding our customer expectations while ensuring our financial requirements are being met, is a major aspect of the role whilst having a hands-on attitude to monitoring and achieving targets set for our store. This position will involve sales, professional customer relations, as well as managing staff and reporting systems for the shop. This position will also have HR duties; you will be accountable to our Artistic Director with regard to Store Presentation and most importantly be responsible for motivating and up-skilling the team through coaching and training on a continuous basis.
Skills Requirements
– Both inspired and inspiring, you will be an excellent communicator and a great coach. – A proven people manager and team player, you will have excellent administrative skills and be a good organiser. – You will have proficient computer skills on Microsoft packages with an ability to learn our internal network system. – You will be available to work to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. – Furniture experience would be a benefit but not essential. – You will have experience in managing people, hiring and developing a top-performing store team who drive the business. – You will hold your team accountable for upholding our brand values, standards and policies and have excellent sales ability with proven track record. – Able to use your own initiative ,you will be hard working, conscientious with strong motivational stills
