Description

Energetic and Enthusiastic Assistant Retail Manager is required for a busy Shannon store. The successful candidate should have 2-3 years Retail Management experience within a supplies, fashion or convenience store environment. Support the Store Manager with the overall operations of the store. Lead, train and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Motivate the staff to achieve all company KPI targets. Communicate regularly with the team regarding performance and areas of focus. Analysing sales / trading reports and react accordingly. Manage stock levels and be pro-active in developing in-store product range. Ensure all Health and Safety policies are observed . Be able to work in a pressurised and fast moving Retail Environment essential.

Skills Requirements

Enjoy and thrive working in a customer focused and consultative sales environment. Be available to open / close store (including cash reconciliation / float preparation). The candidate should be highly motivated and energetic. Have a minimum of 2-3 years retail management experience with proven experience leading sales teams. Experience in selling a wide range of products. Excellent communication skills are required for this role.
