Heat Merchants, part of Heat Merchants Group, is an Irish owned company with 31 already established branches nationwide offering an excellent product range combined with high quality customer service delivered by experienced staff. Due to our unrivalled success and continued expansion we are seeking to fill the following positions in our NEW Heat Merchants Portlaoise Branch. BRANCH MANAGER: You will be responsible for the day to day running of the store including providing high standards of customer service and delivering key performance indicators for the business including profitability, sales, stock management, debtors, health and safety and people management. COUNTER SALES : You will be responsible for dealing with the day to day sales enquiries and transactions whilst also maintaining high standards of customer service within the store.

Skills Requirements

Branch Manager: The successful candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience combined with a proven track record in sales in the heating and plumbing industry, experience in stock management and possess excellent communication skills. COUNTER SALES : The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience and/or product knowledge in the heating and plumbing industry, be customer focused, results driven with an enthusiastic approach to work.
