The post holder will be required to use their judgement, initiative and experience, to drive and implement the business development strategy for The Wheel the aim of which is to provide diverse income streams for the organisation. The post holder will require a high level of self-motivation, a positive disposition and significant ability to focus relentlessly on targets.
