Job Requirements: 3 – 5 years experience in a Sales and Marketing Environment. Degree in Engineering or another technical field. Develop the catheter extrusion and contract manufacturing business. Train the internal engineers on the different relevant procedures particularly on the product areas that we are currently working on and ones that we are likely to be active in the short term. Continually develop a sales strategy to enhance the companys positioning relative to our customers/market requirements. Foster relationships with existing and new customers. Develop promotional and marketing strategies in conjunction with other key interested parties within the company. Ensuring business development is in line with company strategic plan and to achieve desired margin levels.

Skills Requirements

It would be expected that half of the time would be spent visiting customers. Ireland and UK would be primary responsibility. Target sales levels would be set out and agreed for each year with a rolling 3 year budget plan. Co-ordinate activities at Trade Shows. Follow up on leads generated from Trade Shows and develop resulting business opportunities. Co-ordination of customer sales projections and quality information feedback from market place. Educate the market place on the company.
