Description

The Business/Systems analyst will work as part of our Product Management team across a number of key initiatives within our R&D function. The role will require both a business and technical skillset. The analyst will be required to meet with clients and business partners alike and therefore must have experience in a client facing role. The role will be based in our Dublin City Centre offices; however an element of travel will be required to successfully do this role. Main Responsibilities: Research and analysis into business, regulatory and technical topics to support the formulation and specification of Fenergo product requirements. Work with internal and external business partners/clients and IT personnel to define and refine functional requirements into meaningful solutions. Facilitate workshops (face to face as well as phone/web conference) with a range of business and technical personnel to develop requirements. Develop process and data mapping for systems.

Skills Requirements

Project-driven work requirements with overtime as needed to meet deadlines. Travel will be a requirement for this role. Experience: Business analysis experience preferably in the financial services industry. Strong systems analysis and technical experience is a plus. Financial Regulatory or Capital Markets experience is a plus.
