The Equality and Rights Alliance (ERA) is recruiting a Campaign Coordinator
The Equality and Rights Alliance (ERA) is an alliance of over 170 civil society groups and activists working to protect and strengthen the statutory equality and human rights infrastructure. See www.eracampaign.org for more information.
We are currently recruiting a Campaign Coordinator to manage and deliver on all aspects of the Alliance work plan. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is committed to the values of social justice, equality and human rights and who has a track record of driving change in these areas. Candidates must have:
Experience of successful campaigning/advocacy to achieve social change,
5+ years’ experience of leading projects for social justice change and proven success in delivery,
Excellent understanding of equality/human rights issues and of the social justice sector in Ireland.
This position is a part-time post (24 hours per week) and is based in Dublin.
