Case Management Worker – Depaul

Depaul’s services can be split into 4 main areas homelessness and addiction, homelessness and vulnerable families, homelessness and prevention and homelessness and criminal justice. Depaul employs over 400 staff in diverse roles in both Northern Ireland and Dublin and the HR department operates as a cross border department. We are looking to recruit the following position within Depaul Services

Migrant Housing Action Team- Case Management Worker

Salary €32,444.27 per annum, 35 hours per week, fixed term contract

The successful candidate should have previous experience of Interagency working as well as Case Management experience. They will be proficient in a range of IT applications. They will have previously worked in a community setting and have experience of working with people with alcohol use issues and people with tenancy issues. A social studies or case management qualification is also required.

The post will require a good knowledge about the immigration system in Ireland, an understanding of the Housing Led/First Strategy and familiarity with the Pathways to Home Strategy of the DHRE. The successful candidate will hold a good insight to why people become homeless or may be at risk of homeless and the issues and the issues they present with. A knowledge of another language would be an advantage.
