PALLS Ltd Unit 2 Docklands Business Park, Dock Road Limerick wish to recruit for the following position.

Drugs Rehabilitation CE Scheme Supervisor

The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the effective and efficient management and coordination of the human, financial and material resources of the PALLS Drugs Rehabilitation CE Scheme and report to the Sponsoring Committee on its implementation. A core aspect of the role is to support and coach CE participants towards gaining the skills and competencies in preparation for employment and in supporting them on their rehabilitation journey.

The essential professional qualifications and experience required for this position are as follows:

A qualification in substance misuse and/or related issues including rehabilitation (FETAC level 6 minimum standard ) and two years previous experience working with those with addiction issues
Major Award at 3rd Level (NFQ Level 6 or higher) in Business/Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources, Project Management or related disciplines.
Previous management experience in administration, and/or training delivery or other relevant positions
Three years experience supervising staff
ICT skills essential (e.g. MS Office).

The position is full time and the Department of Social Protection CE Supervisor rates will apply
