Skills Requirements

Key Responsibilities of the position: Ensuring the principles of Siolta and Aistear are applied in practice. Ability to manage a broad spectrum of tasks including marketing, recruitment and basic book-keeping. Ability to recruit, motivate and lead an effective Early Years team. A strong understanding and the ability to deliver on the financial elements of childcare provision. A proven track record of achieving targets across all elements of high quality care.
