Waterford & South Tipperary Community Youth Service (a Member of Youth Work Ireland) is a long established community based youth organisation serving the catchment area of Waterford City and County and part of south Tipperary. WSTCYS is now recruiting for the position of;

Centre Manager

Applications are invited from motivated and experienced professionals to lead the development of the Edmund Rice Youth & Community Multiplex, Manor Street, Waterford.

Candidates will possess:

Proven background of successful project leadership
Demonstrable experience of management, support and supervision of staff
Excellent communication, inter-personal and team work skills
Keen analytical, planning, organisation and evaluation skills
Experience of leading practice development including the design and delivery of training
Experience of premises, facilities and financial management
Knowledge and experience of the youth and community sector
Demonstrable experience of building sustainable services
Capacity to develop strategic relationships and partnerships
Third level qualification in a relevant discipline

Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience of the successful candidate.
