Description
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our busy Change of Tenancies team on a short-term basis. Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role working to targets and dealing with customers over the phone. Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required and a high level of attention to detail is essential. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to challenge themselves in a fast-paced and challenging growth environment. Administration of customer accounts involving change of tenancies. Ownership of all customer communications regarding same (SMS, Email, Letter). Managing high volume outbound/inbound calls to customers in response to account queries. Maintenance of customer records with most up to date communications. Ad hoc administration duties in support of Installations team.
Skills Requirements
At least 2 year’s experience in a fast-paced Customer Service or Outbound Sales role; Excellent phone-based customer service skills; Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office essential (including mail merges); Demonstrable attention to detail required; Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner; Excellent numerical skills an advantage
