Southill Area Centre delivers a range of sporting, educational and community services on the Southside of the City. In response to a recent review and community consultation Southill Area Centre is improving and expanding its café and catering services, and is now seeking a dedicated, experienced and enterprising Chef /Manager to lead this development.

Reporting to the Centre Manager the Chef/Manager will be responsible for a small team, including a full time Catering Assistant and ancillary staff.

The successful candidate will hold City and Guilds 706/2 or equivalent. A minimum of five years post qualification and HACCP experience is essential.

The ability to relate to a wide range of people is paramount to the success of this role as is an understanding of communities and community development practices.

A proven track record in business development is essential.
