The Chief Executive Officer will be required to spearhead participative strategic planning, to identify new opportunities and manage implementation of a range of national and EU funded social, economic and developmental programmes.

The position of Chief Executive Officer, together with the Board of Directors and the Management Team ensures County Wicklow Partnerships relevance to the community, the accomplishment of the company’s vision, mission and objectives, management of company strategies, governance and the accountability of the company to its diverse stakeholders. The Board assigns responsibility for the management and day-to-day operations to the Chief Executive Officer.

Legal compliance
Vision, mission, policy and planning
Management
Governance
Financing
Community relations

Candidates will be expected to have 5+ years senior management experience in the community, voluntary or local development sectors along with a relevant third level degree.
