Matt Talbot Adolescent Services Ltd. is a voluntary organisation and a registered charity which is committed to providing substance abuse treatment services for young people and families in the Cork/Kerry region. It is based on the values of respect, human rights, integrity and clinical excellence within a holistic approach. MTS is seeking applications for the position of CEO.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate and will be expected to have:

A University level degree and / or a recognised professional qualification;
Experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team;
An understanding of best practice in service provision for adolescents and their families;
A track record of applying for and managing funding opportunities;
A strategic view of the unique contribution of MTS.

Please note that a Garda vetting clearance check will form part of the selection process.
