The ideal candidate should have:
Experience of working with the PIP system, NCS and other POBAL online programmes
A minimum of level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care
A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an early years setting.
Experience of supervising and supporting staff & the ability to lead a staff team

Excellent computer skills
It would be desirable if candidates had
A minimum of 1 year in managerial or supervisory role
Experience of working in a community setting.
