Spafield Family Resource Centre is a community based childcare service in Cashel run by the voluntary board of Management of Spafield FRC. We are recruiting an experienced manager who will oversee and manage the work in the Crèche, Pre School & After-Schools Service. This is a 25 hr per week position with the possibility of additional hours.

The ideal candidate should have:

Experience of working with the PIP system and other POBAL online programmes
A minimum of level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care
A minimum of 5 year’s experience working in an early years setting.
Experience of supervising and supporting staff & the ability to lead a staff team
Excellent computer skills

It would be desirable if candidates had

A minimum of 1 year in managerial or supervisory role
Experience of working in a community setting.
