We now seek applications for the following position in, Wexford
Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM2) – 39 hours per week (1 year Fixed Term contract)

Overall purpose of the role:

Planning, implementation and management of individualised care plans for children and adults with significant disabilities in their homes.
Provide line management support for IWA staff in the services
Facilitate individuals to maximize their independence through a person centred model of service
Support and advise the organization with the development and implementation of paediatric processes for IWA children’s services.

Qualifications and Skills:

A Paediatric Nursing qualification and/or paediatric nursing experience
Up to date registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience and previous knowledge of the requirements of high dependency care
Management experience
An awareness and understanding of the needs of people with physical and communication difficulties
Ability to work on own initiative and possession of problem solving skills
Full driving licence
