Our client is a very successful Irish business. Objective: Achieve sales targets through the implementation of a wholesale and commercial sector sales strategy for Wholesale/Distributor and Commercial Channels. Manage a motivated Inside Sales Team of 8. Report to Sales Director. Experience: At least 5 years experience in a senior sales role, dealing with large commercial accounts. At least 5 years in a sales management role, which involved managing and motivating an inside sales team. Major Duties/Responsibilities: Achievement of assigned margin and volume targets to achieve strategic plans. Develop Wholesale/commercial customer contact centre capability. To build, manage performance and achieve assigned targets of an outbound based Commercial Sales team which has a business development focus. Deliver market penetration targets in all Wholesale/Large Commercial Markets.
Skills Requirements
Major Duties/Responsibilities Continued: To develop long-term relationships with these customers to mutual benefit. Manage the price/trading decisions for the Wholesale and Commercial markets. To work closely with the other members of the Commercial Management Team to achieve the objectives and strategy. This is primarily an in-house role managing sales processes, sales systems, contact centre, CRM, account management etc.
