Position: Community Employment Supervisor (Full-Time).
Salary: DSP Community Employment Supervisor Rates (Points) Apply.
Job Location: Addiction Response Crumlin Ltd, 160a Sunshine Industrial Estate, Crumlin Road, Dublin 12.
Closing Date: 22nd December’2015.
Addiction Response Crumlin has been in existence since ‘1996, has developed over 19 years a client-centred drug recovery programme appropriate to the needs and circumstances of its’ various clients.
Arc provides a drug rehabilitation programme which aims to facilitate the progression of recovering drug users into mainstream education and employment.
Qualifications Required: A relevant 3rd level qualification (Management and/or Addiction)
Experience: 3 years Paid managerial experience in a relevant field. Experience of engaging at community level. An awareness of a range of addiction treatment modalities.
Professional Knowledge:
Working knowledge of community/voluntary organisations is essential.
Drug/alcohol policy in Ireland.
An awareness of existing health and social inclusion services.

It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate:
